Delete Your Account
This page explains how XtraYards users (Buyer, Owner, and Dealer/Developer) can request permanent deletion of their account and associated data — whether or not the app is installed.
Option 1 — Delete from the App or Website
- Login to your XtraYards account on the App or at xtrayards.com.
- On the website, open your Dashboard and go to Settings. In the app, open the side menu and tap Setting.
- Tap Delete Account, confirm the request, and your account will be scheduled for permanent deletion.
Option 2 — Request by Email
If you are unable to log in, or prefer to request deletion without the app, email us with your registered mobile number or email ID.
Send your request to info@xtrayards.com
with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".
What Gets Deleted
- Name, mobile number, and email address
- Profile details and role information (Buyer / Owner / Dealer / Developer)
- Property listings and requirements posted by you
- Enquiry, chat, and transaction history
- Wallet balance and saved preferences
Some data may be retained for up to 90 days for fraud-prevention, accounting, or legal-compliance purposes, as required under applicable Indian law. This data is permanently purged after the retention period and is not used for any other purpose.
Deletion requests are typically processed within 7 working days. You will receive a confirmation once your account and data have been removed.
